Change of Mind
If you simply change your mind and no longer want the product, you are welcome to return it at your own cost. In this case, we will deduct the original shipping fee and refund the remaining balance.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue. If we provide a return shipping label, the item must be received by us within 10 days from the date the label is issued.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the fastest way is to return your original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
